When you fill it in and tap "Send Enquiry via WhatsApp", your device opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing the details you typed (your name, phone number, item of interest, and any message). Nothing is submitted or saved until you choose to send that WhatsApp message to us.

• The details are not stored on any website server — they exist only on your device until you send them.
• Once you send the message, it is delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy.
• We use the details you send only to respond to your enquiry about our e-rickshaws and parts.

Calls and messages

If you call, message, or WhatsApp the phone number listed on our site, we will see your phone number and whatever you tell us, and we use it only to answer your enquiry.

Permissions

The app and website do not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or files. Tapping the WhatsApp or phone buttons simply hands off to those apps already on your phone.

Children

Our website and app are meant for people looking to buy or sell e-rickshaws and parts. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
